Dear Friends….. This is raj from BANGLADESH. Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh. As u know that Foods are famous in OLD DHAKA. So I would like to introduce with a small dish of OLD DHAKA. Pakistani Recipe

Ingredients
Half a chicken
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion
1/4 tsp of zeera
Cardamom pods
Assorted garam masala pieces
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Haldi/ Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
